Project Manager

As Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful execution and completion of your projects, measured in client satisfaction, resources, planning and budget. You are to build and lead a multi-disciplinary team of Airborne experts, and manage the customer interface as well as the interface with other departments. Some of the subject areas may have to be performed by yourself. Pro-active communication with the client, motivation of your team(s), outstanding project management and closing the quality loop are important aspects in your position. Certain projects require international travel.

The job profile requires taking responsibility, capability of working in a team, taking initiative, discipline and effective organisational and communication skills. You are experienced and comfortable in acting independently.

You will initially report directly to the Managing Director, which may change depending on the growth of the company. It is expected that you will contribute to the build-up of the project management team and the competency development of the company as a whole to support our growth.

Education:
Technical professional education

Experience:
Minimum of 5 years experience in a relevant environment.
Experience in the offshore Oil & Gas Industry will be highly rated.

Language:
Fluent in English, written and spoken

Competencies:
Project Management, Stakeholder Management, Offshore Oil&Gas technology.
