Project Manager

As Project Manager, you are responsible for the successful execution of your projects, measured in client satisfaction, planning and budget. You are to lead a team of experts in composite engineering and production, most of the specialized purchases you will perform yourself, in coordination with the purchasing department of Airborne Composites. Pro-active communication with the client, motivation of your team(s), effective execution of the project and closing the quality loop are important aspects in your position. Depending on the project, you will travel internationally. You are experienced and comfortable in acting independently.

Anticipating further growth of the business unit, you will report directly to the Managing Director of ACT and take part in the operations team of the business unit. It is expected that you will, in future, build up the project management team further to support our growth.

Education : Technical professional education
Experience  : Minimum of 5 years working experience in a relevant environment. Experience in the Oil & Gas Industry will be highly rated
Language : Good level in Dutch and English (writing & speaking)
Other   : Knowledge and interest in composite materials and processes, experience in maintaining and developing client relationships.
